FIRST, GOT ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS. (INGREDIENTS ARE DOWN BELOW) THEN, WE STARTED CHOPPING UP THE INGREDIENTS FOR TEH SALSA. WHILE ESTHER DID THAT, ME AND GRACE WORKED ON THE GUACAMOLE. WE CUT UP SOME AVOCADOES AND MASHED IT ALL UP. AFTER THAT, WE COOKED THE GROUND BEEF AND SLIED FRIED THE TORTILLAS. FINALLY, JUST PUT EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND YOU GET TACOS.

GUACAMOLE: AVOCADO, LEMON, GREEN ONION
CHURROS: FLOUR, SUGAR, SALT, OIL, WATER, CINNAMON
TORTILLAS.
RECIPE:
FOR THE TACOS, YOU NEED TO FIRST CHOP UP ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE SALSA. THEN MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER AFTER YOU SQUEEZED IN A LEMON. FOR THE GUACAMOLE, CUT THE AVOCADOS IN HALF AND GET THE PIT OUT. TAKE OUT THE FLESH AND MUSH EVERYTHING TOGETHER. ADD A LITTLE BIT OF LEMON TO IT AND ADD DICED GREEN ONIONS (CHOPPED UP VERY VERY SMALL). FOR THE MEAT, JUST COOK IN A FRYING PAN.
